This
leading Australian Brand in the cosmetic arena is seeking a passionate,
experienced, and results driven PR/Social Media Manager to join a truly
industry leader. You will drive brand awareness, social media presence and will
manage end to end management of social media and digital content campaign
From
monthly content planning to daily execution of digital content, this exciting
and dynamic role includes a variety of tasks from creating engaging creative
content to executing influencer engagement to grow and maintain social media
channels and website. A solid understanding of how to drive brand awareness,
create engagement with understanding of who the top bogger/social
media/celebrity’s influences are, as well as genuine passion the fashion and
beauty industry is key to success.
The
ideal candidate is someone with their finger on the pulse and is
a quick, effective worker that is a step ahead and understands the
ever changing world of the social media and digital realm. You will
be the Brand voice, so you must be confident, full of creative
ideas and ready to action in heartbeat! The role is responsible for
the day-to-day running of our various social platforms as well as acting as the
social media personality for our Iconic Australian beauty brand.
Tasks
include but are not limited to:
- Creating
and executing monthly Social Media strategy in line with brand aesthetic
- Creating
self-produced in-house video content for all social media channels
- Creating
a rolling 3-month influencer engagement recommendation and strategy programme
- Sourcing
and creating all content for social media including social media advertising
and video content
- Maintaining
our social media presence across a variety of platforms
- Designing
social media banners and engagement content
- Create
strategic social media campaigns to engage followers and create conversation,
including reaching out to Instagram influencers and bloggers for collaborations
- Engaging
with followers and other social media accounts in an informative and on-brand
tone of voice.
- Providing
well thought out ideas with detailed insights and findings for new campaigns
Ideally
you will have:
- Proven
digital marketing, social media and content strategy experience.
- Familiarity
with Campaign Monitor and/or HTML to create and send newsletters to database
Strong Enthusiasm for creating images, video, and posts.
- Photography,
video editing & writing skills is a plus. Must be active on social media
yourself and possess a strong working knowledge of social media platforms
- Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
- Great
interpersonal communication skills and well presented Fluency in Adobe Creative
Suite (This is a must; we will ask for demonstrations of your skill)
- Ability
to work autonomously and cooperatively as part of a close knit team
- Effective
time management and the ability to meet deadlines
- The
ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines on a weekly basis
- Highly
organised with the ability to forecast and forward plan
- Familiarity
with Australian social media landscape including bloggers, influencers, celebrities
and models is a must.
